The El Juncarejo Restaurant, at the Hotel Mirador de Aledo, offers Mediterranean fusion cuisine that combines tradition and innovation with local products, but also with ingredients and flavors from other places, the result is a different gastronomic proposal to amaze the palate. The Restaurant is open every day and from Monday to Thursday we serve an executive menu for lunch . Our Chef selects fresh and healthy ingredients to meet all nutritional restrictions.
